1) CLEO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Cleo. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Cleo, including its website, application, chat features, image tools, audio tools, goals, subscriptions, and related services.

By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using Cleo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. Service provider

Cleo is a digital platform created and directed by Danna Acosta and operated by Sergitanza, with support at soporte@cleoia.ai.

2. Age requirement

Cleo is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms and Conditions.

3. What Cleo is and is not

Cleo provides informational, strategic, and organizational guidance through digital tools powered by artificial intelligence.

Cleo is not:
* therapy,

* clinical psychology,

* psychiatry,

* crisis support,

* medical advice,

* legal advice,

* financial advice,

* or a substitute for licensed professionals.

If you are facing an emotional crisis, self-harm risk, violence, abuse, a medical emergency, a serious legal issue, or a major financial decision, you should contact a qualified professional or emergency services as appropriate.

4. AI interaction

By using Cleo, you understand and accept that you are interacting with an AI-enabled digital system and not with Danna Acosta personally and directly inside the chat, unless a separate human service is expressly offered and contracted.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or limit accounts when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform protection.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and renewal

Cleo may offer free access and paid plans with recurring renewal. Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the plan name, price, billing interval, and included features.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, paid plans renew automatically until canceled before the next renewal date.

7. Withdrawal, digital-service use, and refunds

We want the purchase experience to be clear and fair. If you subscribe to Cleo as a digital service and begin using it shortly after activation, we will review any refund or withdrawal request in light of applicable law and the digital nature of the service already provided.

Substantial use of Cleo may limit refund or withdrawal eligibility where applicable law allows the already-performed digital service to be taken into account.

For Cleo's internal review process, more than 5 messages within the relevant billing period may be treated as substantial use of the service. This guideline does not replace any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, but it may be relevant when reviewing a specific refund request.

Cancellation prevents future charges, but it does not automatically reverse charges already processed or make an already-started billing period refundable.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Cleo to:
* infringe third-party rights,

* harass, threaten, or abuse others,

* upload unlawful or fraudulent content,

* attempt to exploit, interfere with, or technically compromise the platform,

* or use the service in violation of applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, adjust, interrupt, or remove parts of the service when reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

10. Privacy

Personal-data processing is described in Cleo's Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed to operate the account, deliver the service, process payments, provide support, and improve the product.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, you keep any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes relating to Cleo will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
